@Daniel we just saw Zoro struggling against Lucci last arc. It's gonna take Zoro a long time to reach Mihawk's level naturally but Mihawk will force his growth kinda like how Kaido did for Luffy.

It doesn't exist now. It will be created once Zoro fights Mihawk. A powerup that will make AdCoC and Awakening pale in comparison

According to Kaido, those with aCoC are the strongest in the world.

AdCoC doesn't guarantee top tier status. Yamato and Koby have it but both aren't top tier.
The PU Zoro will get when he fights Mihawk will be astronomically greater than AdCoC. For now, I can't say for certain what it will be
