Zoro is not the king of durability. By the very nature of certain fruits, their users take massive amounts of damage with less effects e.g. Jozu, Kaido and even Luffy.

Zoro's durability pre-skip was incredibly impressive for pre-NW feats. However, post-skip, he's shown us nothing and in fact often to the contrary e.g. Killer. That attack was nowhere near the scale of Luffys pain + an Island buster

Its not like we had Apoo knock Luffy out cold in 2 attacks a chapter ago and Hody nearly kill Luffy in one bite but same Luffy surviving 11 hours against FM.

Obviously Zoro is not as durable as Kaido and Big Mom but his durability is still ridiculous taking no significant damage from getting his organs crushed by massive gravity which is far stronger than Vergo kicks that broke Sanjis leg

Prime Ray is Yonko level. Probably on Shanks' level and slightly below Mihawk. While Roger and Primebeard are considerably above. Primebeard would need lower end of high diff for Kaido at most I think. For Akainu it might be higher end of mid diff.

Hody Jones physicals are better than Kuri's. His bite is legit and not PIS. Hody Jones only lost bc of lack of skills and bc Luffy is rubber his destructive physicality didn't work on him. Him chucking a watershot that pierced through bedrock structures that covered an area that's almost the radius of FI, that's impressive. His physical achievements are impressive, and more so than Kuri. Luffy legit needed a blood transfusion from Hody Jones but not from a stab and multiple multiple hits from Kuri.

Secondly, reread Thriller Bark, Sanji took way more damage than Zoro. It was a stab to the back and not the shoulder, and Absalom is not a scrub, unlike Buggy who hurt Zoro pretty darn bad with a stab, just by comparison (different timeframe but nevertheless worth pointing out). Sanji went on to fight Oars in direct confrontations a lot more than Zoro. For instance, Oars was using jet bazooka and Sanji had to parry

that and took damage from that. Zoro never did confront an attack from Oars head-on like Sanji did there, he managed to divert an attack with Shishio, but never clashed head-on like Sanji did. I mean come on, jet gatling from Oars plus a direct punch. Zoro took a kick, but Sanji tanked way more from Oars. The only damage Luffy took was from the shadows then bc of his rubbery physique.

You're also wrong about Zoro falling 500m. He didn't fall from the clocktower all the way down to the ground, he fell only to the base of the clocktower and that's something like a dozen meters or so :) I don't know if that's you misinterpreting the panel or me misinterpreting you, but he didn't fall down to ground level. That's the only "fall" I can remember. Where did Zoro fall 500m?

There is a translation on the way about Oven's durability. He, unlike the other siblings, inherited the iron durability of BM. Hence, Sanji breaking his collar bone with a base kick is a tremendous accomplishment. Vergo literally no-sold 2 DJ attacks while Oven is throbbing after a base kick from Sanji.
