Atleast a high diff fight to be relative to the other and in the same tier. I think Garp is on the higher end of it with Roger, Ray and Sengoku in the middle and Gaban a bit below.

I had Gaban very high dififng those two so yes, pending more feats. I dont want to burn myself with the wank, I think Fuji and GB have the potential to go higher. Eitherway with gaban or even extreme with Ray but I like to remain conservative with what weve seen and

Under sakazuki Garp and Sengoku are still under him and effectively only one Admiral was replaced. The rest remains the same. So the 2 draftees accounted for Kuzan leaving, in effect Sakazuki has more fighting power then what Sengoku had.

I don’t think Sengoku and Garp are actually members of the Navy bro. They are officially retired and the world views them as such. No one considers them to be active members of the Navy anymore. They pretty much do whatever they want anyway.
