As far as villains go, she wasn't particularly strong, but she was exceedingly competent for her level (she managed to get the better of Luffy and could succeed in protecting Caesar), and that counts for a lot. Competent OP characters are rare, competent OP women are exceedingly rare.

I wish we saw her and Sugar together in the manga. I have always been a fan of pictures and stories where the two sisters are together.

She was very well written. She was genuinely loyal to Doflamingo and had relatable motivations. She had agency and felt compelling as a character, not a bunch of stereotypes, just another pretty face or a token female antagonist.
Baby 5 quickly betrayed Doflamingo despite all he had done her, Monet genuinely believed in him and was loyal to him to the end. That part of her came across very well.

She was so compelling that several years after her "death", she still has a pretty large fanbase. That isn't easy to pull off.

This is probably why her possible survival after the events of Punk Hazard and her eventual recruitment into the SHP is such a popular topic...she’s the most well rounded female character we’ve seen outside of Nami and Robin. I won’t lie, it’d be cool for an intelligent, aloof, Logia-using lady to be involved with the crew’s doings for the remainder of the series.

100 percent agreed mate. She was actually meacining and executed her role perfectly. She was also one of the only characters within the show (Male or female) to have shown great intellet inside and out of combat.

Honnestly I wouldn't be surprised if she somehow survived given how many times Oda has cheaten death in OP. And it would be the only time that I would enjoy Oda keeping a character that seemingly died alive.

This is the least important, but she was also quite pretty. Pretty female antagonists don't have a very good track record:

I don't expect much from Black Maria or Ulti either. Stussy has yet to mess up, but she probably wouldn't get that much of a focus as CP 0 doesn't appear to be a plausible antagonist group.
