What does postponing mean? It means that Mihawk opted for poning his precious time above wasting time with Vista :)

@comrade: Sengoku asked all forces to pull back, and the pacifista were advancing on their position. They literally could not continue the duel there. That's the reason for postponement.

My only problem is Mihawk shouldn't need to do with that if he is on the same league as Kaido. He should have trashed Vista quickly. @comrade Oda fucked up and I am sure he'd retcon Mihawk next time we see him.

Well yeah cuz Mihawk didn't ask Don Krieg to postpone the fight.
If he pulled out a pocket knife then I get it, but Mihawk should never need to request anything to Vista. He should treat Vista like Zoro treated Hyozou and call him a frog and break his blade.
Dude was smiling on Mihawks face and Mihawk is still asking for postponement

@Cinera but then again. If Mihawk could wipe out Vista with one slash, he wouldn't care about the Pacifista. So it's reasonable to say that Mihawk postponed because he respected Vista as a swordsman and said "let's fight another time when we actually met for the purpose of fighting". Since their Motive for clashing was not their desire to fight in the first place. So Mihawk showed respect by not trashing him

But then again he backed off from Crocodile as well. I genuinely can't believe he can't wipe out crocodile in one slash even if he got "retconned"

Croc is strong enough to be placed in Impel Downs level 6. Together with Ace and Jinbe. Maybe Oda reconsidered his power and Croc was strong enough to withstand those few % of power Mihawk allowed himself to use to test Luffy. If Mihawk amped his power to get past Croc, it would go against what Mihawk allowed himself to use in his test for Luffy

Croc had a growth thanks to Oda :) he surely got stronker since Alabasta and then he set up for the new world with Mr. 1.

@comrade: unless the Marines sent an Admiral after him, he probably wouldn't go all out. His bounty should let us better evaluate his combat ability though.

Seems like Fujitora went for a Shichibukai. Would be odd if it's not for Mihawk.

His sails were down which wouldnt happen in the calm belt cause theres no wind
If mihawks still untouched after that fight ( if it happens) then its party time.
