Search it up on YT (Bon Apetit basically a professional cooking channel that has also run an acclaimed magazine in NY for the past 30+ years, if you've heard of Brad on YT he works here) but basically their boss was forced to step down after being exposed for unfair treatment towards non-white employees/BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and now they have been basically shunned by everyone on the internet
