The point is we knew this, actually no its feels like his physicaly strength is more hyped, everytime we see him on screen, he gets hurt but then one hits people, Oden,luffy,etc, he was shacking onigashima with each hit while fighting bm in base and while holding back id assume, since onigashima is his base, same logic as admirals. And his crew was saying he will destroy the island entirely if he kept up

Thats why he has his club/haki/guarding/blocking to avoid being hit, aslo his hype was that he cant be killed, not that he cant be hurt. You say Top tiers have this Ryuo, yes they do and yet Kaido is still running around with people in the new world believing he is the strongest 1vs1, what does that tell you exactly? If they have Ryuo yet hes still alive and doing whatever he wants?

not going all out in marineford, he was shown in base form fighting her, and that was it, The island a good deal bigger than onigashima was shaking constantly, thats a huge strength feat mate. And then they stopped fighting. Id trust kaidos crew saying that if they continued the island would be destroyed, why would they lie?

Kaido was regarded as invincible in the story. Spears crumbled and guillotines shattered against him. His men remarked that they were shocked that his invincible form was wounded by Oden. Kaido and Big Mom were definitely hyped as un-hurtable, but it turns out anyone with Ryou can hurt them.

still cant kill him, man is running free with the highest current bounty, hyped up by BM/BB/SENGOKU ,ETC and just doing whatever the hell he wants. CP0 which had no problems going after BB and Dragon shuddered at his mention from orochi, at some point i feel the downplay has to stop.

Im not a kaido fan, my favorite character is fujitora and i had shanks pegged as the strongest, im just going by what the story/oda is telling me, i just dont see how all these conjectures.
