As for the help from Kidd/Zoro/etc..
Most if not they're all entering the 1 billion + monster range this arc. Zoro should already be on par with Luffy, considering how their training is paralleling each other.

So if king benn marco have way bigger bounties now then both (1.9-3 bil for example) than kata and luffy how on earth is kata the strongest ?

Shiryu is set up to surpass benn.

2) Current Marco is like Crocodile in Alabasta or Moria in TB (I don't comment on bounty)
3) Shiryu is set up to pass the current Katakuri, Katakuri is still alive....situation is dependent on whether Kata plays any role in future arcs....

@Shura I said Zoro is on par with Luffy, meaning extreme-diff fight for Luffy. This is based on a blatant parrallel in training put by Oda before ending Act 2. They are the two characters training in "power ups" that are directly related to putting down Kaido.

@HA001 It's not just the YC1 having higher bounties than him. In general, all #1s of the Yonko standing on same level, makes next to no sense. It wasn't the case in Roger's era. It's not the case in Worst Generation's era. And the logic that is used to claim this is based on the Captain- YC1/2/3 system, that even the Marines have with Fleet Admiral- Admiral/admiral/admiral .

Yeah..Zoro just needs "blatant" parallel panels to be at Luffy level when Luffy is where he is after all the shit he went through....in other words, others just need "blatant" parallel panels and Luffy needs "feats" to judge the PL...like I said before "benefit of doubt" will be given to others and Luffy needs feats

Benefit of the doubt needs to be given to others? No. It's simply luffy is the only one who has the chances of showcasing the most feats. Blatant parallels like that are best way for a mangaka to express who stands where compared to Luffy, without him having to show every single character fight all out.

There were Jimbei and Luffy parallels/in WCI, there were Luffy and Sanji, Luffy and Bege parallels/heck in pre-TS there were WB and Luffy parellel/there are more parallels of Zoro and Sanji than Luffy and Zoro..so it should be that Zoro extreme diffs Sanji and Luffy also extreme diffs Sanji/oops....there were parallels of Luffy and Chopper in chapter 948-949/ Luffy and Kidd carried stones together

Wano Act 2 goes form focusing on Luffy's training with Advanced Haki, then gets into Enma's mastery, ending with both characters training in parallel to each other, aka side by side. Training focusing on what? Being able to damage Kaido.

From the ones you mentioned only Kidd/Luffy qualifies, which is why an argument can be made for Kidd being close to Luffy.
