Since Doffy, post Gamma Knife and post 3 boundman blows (pre awakening) just barely managed to outlast boundman with awakening, it means post GK+3xboundman blows Doffy > non-FS Luffy > non-FS Katakuri. :kappa:

Also, Katakuri is like Doflamingo with broken haki but DD should be able to push Katakuri on a higher diff than pre FS Luffy tbh.

The problem is that FS is his main forte. Take it away and Katakuri is not himself. It's his whole fighting style, something which he dedicated his life to.
Meanwhile, CoOless Doflamingo would still fight quite tricky.
