Imagine the twist, everyone though Shanks save Whitebeard from Kaido, but in reality Kaido just want to help Whitebeard but get stopped by Shanks, that would be very big shock for the whole one piece fanbase hahaha

Shanks isnt evil, hes just using Luffy to realize Roger's dream per say. Shanks helps maintain the power balance until Luffy becomes big enough to break it.
