At this point its generally more reasonable to place Shanks below Mihawk even if we take away Mihawk's title..LeZoro James performance and black blade alone gives Mihawk more hype over Shanks.

Very good list. I'd make slight changes only outside of the Top 10.
- Kaido, Akainu, Mihawk, Dragon Top 4
- Zoro below Ben
- Kid below King
- Killer below Jack or Queen at least
- Blackbeard is a rising power, I would put him just above Greenbull and Fuji.

That’s what MIGHT happen @ShishioIsBack as it sits right now, If we assume his title is legit. Then Kaidou should be numba 1, tho that could and most likely will change once this arc end
