@Topi Jerami: by feats she doesn't. I expect her to be capable of such an attack given that Kaido can perform Hakai, and she learned his fighting style.

If she has something like hakai+White Tiger zoan+insane haki= she legit solo Doflamingo pirates. Hell she would be legit above all commanders expect Ben and Shiryuu.

Hakai is not doable by Kaido or Big Mom... It is only doable together.
Ikoku is the closest thing to it they are capable of alone.

@playa4321 that sounds like EoS Yamato. Current Yamato won't be that strong.

Ikoku is something with even Luffy didn't want to tank. That attack has a crazy ap. The question is as you said, it need to hit Pica directly. To destroy the whole golem it need to be a big insane attack.

Ikoku can definitely destroy a hand of the golem, at least it should, however, the damage is kind of different.
It erases the part in its path but not sure if it would crack and collapse rest of the hand.
Several Ikokus would definitely destroy the golem but Pica would be long gone in the ground or reform it...

@Topi Jerami: I believe that Yamato will replace Zoro as the Crew's combatant, so I can see her being that strong.

I don't think there's any reason for Yamato to be weaker than King either. The way I see it, Yamato is either above all Calamities or below all of them. There isn't much reason to expect that she's on par with one of them.

Current events so far seem to be suggesting that she's going to be stronger than King.

If Yamato was on par with a Calamity, she'll be fighting that Calamity instead of heading to fight Kaido.

More than that though, I have good reason to believe that Yamato will perform better than Luffy did in his first two 1 vs 1s, and Luffy in Chapter 1009 (still got low diffed by Kaido) was significantly above all Calamities.
