A Haki blackhole that combined G2s speed and G3s power, he is now basically doing g4 attacks without going there thanks to him learning how to output the flow of his haki better.

WB cheap shotted Akainu and Akainu was still up so this is a testament to Kaidos AP that one attack was enough to knock out a guy as strong as Oden.

When faced with cases like these I tend to take the higher end feats and accepted them as valid as opposed to anti feats like this one because narratively Law needed to stay ''up'' so as to help Kidd fight BM, thus

consider it to be more PIS than anything and not a valid way to judge the attack when we've seen him deal more damage to stronger characters in Luffy and more so Oden.
