So Luffy was already YC1+ after beating Doffy in DR... Bt then somehow took 11 hours n Nami help + new form to beat Cracker, a Yc3 and then another 10 hours + FS+ Plot to beat Katakuri, another YC1. °-°

In Same way when Luffy gets destroyed by Lucci in water 7 but comes out with g2/G3 just after one or two days in enies to defeat both blueno and Lucci. Strengths are what plot demands and I am quite sure law had much more time than this between Dressrosa and wano act two with 6 days to fire fest

Luffy needed help to beat Cracker as well; so Cracker is YC1 tier, right? Besides, there was a short timeskip of 2 weeks after DR - that's enough to make Law far stronger than before. Or Sanji almost breaking his legs against Vergo by clashing equally against Daifuku's giant Djin and no selling zoan Drake's tail in base.
Simple plot progression. Still no proof that Mingo is YC1 lv. :(
