Hmm I think Yami is stronger than Nozel and Fuego. With Mereo it's more debatable. But Yami probably isn't fit for such a position.

I think Mereoleona is stronger than Yami man. She always has been, and she’s gotten Powerups at the same rate as Yami tbh. I think Nozel and Fuego = Yami, Yami probably isn’t a candidate because of politics (not being a noble, being the Black Bulls captain and such).

I'll have to reread the Lucifero fight to see what exactly went on. I Kinda went over it quickly lol. But I agree with him not being a candidate due to those reasons.

I havent been following Black Clover that well, but imo those 3 are also not stronger than Yami
