Thanks for the return follow @wordy ! Been enjoying your talks on the Discord server and this conversation is hilariously brilliant! Your husband is a genius about Laugh Tale being a home for clowns, thats TOO PERFECT!
It explains why Oda is giving Buggy so much love too and why all scientists seem to be clowns in some form and I BET like a few others who think it too, that Vegapunk WILL be a clown now too! Maybe

I've really envisioned a scenario of Buggy and Shanks going to Laugh Tale together as Shanks promised. Maybe with the new Cross Guild thing, Crocodile and Mihawk will get roped into coming too and they will go with Luffy or even compete with him over the One Piece and thus at Laugh Tale?!

This could be the MOST epic scenario for One Piece and even anime potentially generally!

Aw, thanks Ghostly! Mr. Wordy will be happy to hear of your enthusiasm. I think there was also a part about how the original clown island got "Zabuza'd" and that's why the clowns were dispersed through the world and that Buggy was coming back to fix Laughtale or maybe he was the Zabuza, I don't really remember but there's some deep lore to explore!

I have wondered why there are clowns throughout the world of OP and Buggy even has such a literal circus theme and actual circus happening. Where does that come from? What are his motivations?

I always deeply respect clowns for what they do and the hidden tragedies behind their acts a lot of the time, that need to make others laugh, smile and not suffer like them.
