RebornHe planned to did more but Rayleigh interfered lol
Well, oda always like teasing about what BB is doing because he is the only top tier who is actually moving the plot since Pre TS.
All I am wondering is why BB was looking for Mero mero no mi.
It can't be for himself because it won't add up to his dfs.
NatalijaYa, I guess I'm disappointed cause it feels like he's not moving the plot. And also cause he looked cool while threatening Boa, then did fuck all about it just because Rayleigh appeared.
But ya him backing out after Rayleigh appeared is odd but it fits with how BB is - opportunistic and take risk only when it requires.
BB always had been like this. He came for Boa df but I think capturing coby could mean more for him than fighting Rayleigh for Hancock df
NatalijaI'm not sure about that, it feels like an opportunity and he would have taken anyone who was present (Coby was the only one there anyways). And I don't think the marines will be too shook about it, but I guess we'll see
Well he already took a risk by going there and risking everyone being stoned. Backing off due to one man seems odd in that context, no matter who it was :/
If he choose to fight Rayleigh then even if BB would have won it would have come at some serious cost - like injuries which could mean BB would be more vulnerable in enemy territory with Navy and Boa already present and his crew already stoned.
By leaving without fighting he got his crew + Coby without losing anything
NatalijaThe picture this visit painted was that he didn't care about his crew too much. So injuries aren't really his fear, he left because he feared he'd lose then and there. Which is again nothing new for BB cause he did that at Marineford, but years later it's weird to see a Yonko behave this way. Especially since a second before he showed that he did not give a fuck, just to change his mind.
