Don't think we'll get another Straw Hat, and I think/hope Smoker will stick with the marines.
About his future..... him he'll play a large role in whatever marine/wg arcs we get. Would like to see him get another fight.

If I could also share my opinion in this gentlemen talk between Admirals enjoyers then I can see EOS Akainu ~ Prime Garp >~ Kuzan > Kizaru > Fujitora > Greenbull. Of course the gap is barely noticeable. But since it was stated that Fuji and Aramaki are still new to the Navy which makes me think that they could grow even stronger at EOS. Let's say they might unlock Awakening if they haven't already.

Or perhaps showing Advanced Haki. But yeah, I agreed that the Admirals' DFs is extremely effective against multiple opponents. About Shiryu, I think the Marines hired him for some kind of "justice" since most Marines associate peeps have some degree of justice in their belief. For example, Lucci's dark justice.

Of course Shiryu backfires on the Marines and have to locked him up and eventually joining the Blackbeard Pirates which is a huge miscalculation from the Navy and the WG. While I don't agree that the Marines wouldn't exist anymore EOS as they need someone to control the criminals, I can see they established a new and reformed WG with Fujitora being the new FA (which is a popular theory) while Smoker, Coby, and Drake

Think about this: if Oda has designed the Blackbeard Pirates so that each member will 1v1 a Straw Hat, where does that leave Aokiji? There is no Straw Hat to face him, and Aokiji and Smoker have both have multiple repeated interactions. Lol

I think Issho has CoC, basically a better version of Sengoku that will lead the marines in the new era

I think it's interesting that despite their conflicting personalities, Issho and Aramaki seem to be on rather amiable terms. It would be interesting if they knew each other before becoming marines

Stronger society for sure but not individuals. The reason someone like Garp is this strong is solely due to the existance of Roger. If you're not fighting to the death a PK level character there's no reason for you to be PK level. Akainu would be tobi roppo level without pirates
