Possible but I am not sure. They would however at least give far greater casualties to the WG forces than the WBP and their allies and some warlords who striked the marines rather than pirates.

Without the Shichi the Marine will loose : the marine can beat 2 Yonko but if you add Luffy and his gang the Marine will be overwhelmed : they have : Kaido, Big Mom, Luffy, 3 calamities, 3 sweet commanders, 6 tobi roppo, 6 Vets, Law, Kid, the 9 scabbards who have 4/5 high tiers etc
