SentinelThat's typical, if I'd write "I like Kirito as a character but it is a fact that he's terrible written, boring, a little fucking bitch and should died", it is highly likely that I do NOT like this character at all. OP lowballers often come up with this horse crap as well, it's tiring to read those excuses. At least people should admit that they hate something, I hate FT and SAO as well...
Its okay if someone doesnt like a character or a particular fanbase.. But how downplaying a character you like just because you don't like that character fan base makes sense? Lol
S
ShuraI agree with you and @Sentinel ...however, there is a distinction between powerlevel discussion and character discussion....I like Zoro but that doesn't mean I need to wank him to heaven......on contrary I don't like Mihawk, but that doesn't mean I will downplay him to high tier or further down (ignore the obvious trolling :-p)....
RebornIts not about wanking him. There is no need for that. It's about going around massively downplaying him and then bringing up the excuse that you like him but do so because of his fans. That's absurd..
I dont like Sanji much because of his perverted portrayal since ts but and it has nothing to do with his fans. I even enjoy his badass portrayal like intro of RS.
Light D LamperougeGood question Reborn kun. It is the easiest way to lie, for example: "Zoro is super cool and very strong, but Oven beats him, and this is coming from a Zoro fan, so it should tell you a lot", because if you start with "I fucking hate Zoro, I hope he dies, he is a loser, his fans suck, and he loses to Oven" no one is gonna take you seriously, even with the first statement people won't take you seriously.
SentinelAt first I read "Oden" and thought "huh? Why is that so bad?" but then I reread your comment again and you mentioned Oven. Yes, Zoro slices him into pieces.
I think people won't believe your lie either if you try to downplay the hardest out of a character since it's obvious that you hate this character.
