Have you seen Stampede? Bruh. Bullet is comically powerful. And also weirdly, gets comically jobbed on. He seats Gear 4 like a literal bug with his awakening, but seems pretty helpless against people like Hancock and Smoker lol.

The power scale in the movies has never made any sense from Preskip Luffy being able of beating Shiki the Golden Lion, Base Luffy doing better against Zephyr than Kizaru or Gild Tesoro's gold being tremendously hard whereas gold is in fact very frail and that Luffy shouldn't have even needed G2 or haki to break it.

I never had a problem with Luffy vs Shiki. Luffy literally couldn't push the dude past low diff until the very final attack, which can be attributed to Shiki flipping his shit at remembering Roger.
