2. Lot of baiting, trolling and simply insulting or no manners at all when talking to other users
3. Dunno if it can be implemented but maybe a "ranking"/different color scheme/indication to let others know when one user has been reported multiple times?

Well we do have a warning point system and bans, so users who accumulate enough warning points get given the boot. I think reporting more toxic posts would he helpful.
