Kaido's only offensive attack would be his Boro breath, and Mihawk should be able to cut through it/disperse it with his slashes. His higher end slashes should have greater range and greater destructive ability as well.

Mihawk should low or mid diff, yeah. His zoan form seems to lack anything but good ranged abilities. But Mihawk's CoA should be able to defend against Boru.

Yeah, Kaido's Dragon Form is probably a low top tier at best.
He has high top tier durability and defense, but really only one offensive ability.

I used to be on the Kaido hype train back at oj...how incredibly wrong I was. Dragon Kaido is hot garbage. He was getting dominated by Luffy. We don’t even need to talk about how pitiful he was against oden. It’d probably go down like Akainu vs Ace where Mihawk would basically kill him in one hit and throw out another one for good measure.

Only point I give to Dragon Kaido is durability which doesn't seem to be inferior to Base Kaido's

I have Mihawk > All out Kaido so I don't think Dragon Kaido is lasting long against Mihawk.
