Admirals are simply Oda’s best characters.
Can't believe some people actually think Garp was portrayed as stronger than Kuzan in this fight. Lots of copium, but gotta cut them some slack since they're in a period of mourning.
Perhaps I’ve been unfair to Garp, he’s actually had a really good character arc. Sure he’s a typical Shonen mascot but he’s watched everyone he loves in his life become criminals, had to watch Ace die, and now is having to fight his own pupil.
It’s probably Garp fans that annoy me more than Garp.
Chapter 1087 marks the chapter where Admiral AdCoC is revealed. Serious and comedy threads incoming.

1085 was the best One Piece chapter in 10 years man. The fact that Oda actually had balls to make the Gorosei and Imu actual demons/devils feels like an idea he came up with years before he lost his Fucking mind with the Yonko saga, and it gives me hope that Alzheimer’s hasn’t taken his mind just yet.
@EmperorKinyagi @Uncle Van I've beaten Placidusax and Maliketh.
I enjoyed parts of both of the fights. I was annoyed by some of Placidusax's attacks, but I really enjoyed the presentation of the fight.
Maliketh had some fun to dodge attacks, but I'm surprised such an experimental glass cannon type of boss wasn't optional like Malenia.
You know, some might think that tall blonde Chad having a Fucking slug fruit is an L, but I see this as an absolute win. Criminals be prepared to get slug-diffed.

It was a really goated fight, probably the best in the game so far -
