Too many variables, with the crews and all. Depending on the location Pica can be a huge asset.
Mihawk vs Linlin, I'd favour Mihawk
The OG warlords bar maybe Kuma are not Yc1 level, Doffy is somewhere below
With Weevil it's a bigger speculation. Him being the strongest high tier would be an ok take imo, so he could win against Dogtooth.

I’m with comrade. Mihawk will win, the rest are disadvantaged. The biggest problem is Katakuri, I accept that Doffy has no chance of beating him. And once he gets past Doffy, he can mow the rest down. Kuma can probably beat Cracker, but who’s there to deal with Smoothie? I don’t think Jinbe nor Hancock have what it takes to defeat a top 3 commander. Moria and Croc are both pretty weak.

Hmm, I'll do the thread with the strongest 7 Shichibukai (with Law replacing Crocodile) as opposed ro the original cause many people would disagree on Croc's placement.
