CineraIf mere high tiers can outpace Rogerbeard in COO, then why can't a solid top tier like Mihawk outpace them in COA? It's not like Katakuri's superior COO prevents him from getting low diffed?
CineraPrimebeard was already a solid top tier without the most destructive paramecia. With the addition of it, his attack potency, range, lethality and destructive capacity all jump massively. He gets a huge offensive boost.
His DF even provides some defence against other DFs like Kuzan's.
CineraPrimebeard doesn't need comparable COA to be superior to Hawkeyes, he has the most powerful Paramecia to do that.
CineraAs for Roger, well he had some ability that let him compete with Primebeard. Perhaps it was advanced COC. Perhaps not, his COA was portrayed as equal to Primebeard's though, so that certainly wasn't it.
LANJI CUCKSMOKEjo ndule would agree with kaatakuri having better coo than bigmom and kaido. literally said they had no advanced haki . black blades clearly tied to coa, am more concerned with why ray who had what luffy has now didnt have a black blade tho. people who downplay it are acting weird. if only two people managed to do it so far , it makes it all the more special.
comradeI think a high level of CoA is essential, but the most important thing is to create the perfect flow through your blade (like good conductor vs bad conductor for electicity). But so far the highest level of CoA displayed was with Roger and Whitebeard. Even if Mihawk's CoA was stronger, shouldn't Roger's and Whitebeard's CoA still be strong enough? Or is a black blade only possible with a CoA >= Mihawk's?
comradeIf Zoro turns his blade black after Wano, it doesn't mean his CoA is exactly as strong as Mihawk's and stronger than Roger's and Whitebeard's.
CineraI think Rogerbeard had advanced COA, i think blackening a sword is superior to mere penetration ryuo. It is an even rarer feat.
CineraAs for Rayleigh lacking a black blade, well Prime Ray appears to be an inferior swordsman to Hawkeyes. But he also had COC and was very proficient in COO, so he may not have maxed out his COA.
LANJI CUCKSMOKEroger and wb actually used barrier on panel
not penetration . if zoro has it by end of wano I wouldnt like it. if its more of an eos thing , now we are talking.
Cinera@comrade to your first argument, I still bring up Katakuri. If Katakuri can ve the most proficient FS user in tbe verse (as a mere high tier), why can't Mihawk be the most proficient COA user?
CineraI do think sword blackening is a combination of the strength of your haki, and your control over it. The fodder Boa sisters had enough COA proficiency to create barriers, but their haki was still very weak.
