Buusatan94It's really likely he is at least one of the leading figures of this group and that he reports the things he learn about BB to his comrades.
Buusatan94Vegapunk may be a member of the movement too.
Cinera@Buusatan94, @Don DaSlayer the Gorosei's reaction to him joining Blackbeard seems like strong evidence against their hypothesis. There's no reason for the Gorosei not to be informed of SWORD's existence/activities.
Buusatan94That depends if Kuzan is really affiliated with the Navy in general or to a faction inside it that isn't loyal to the Gorosei, the CD and Sakazuki. I think it's the latter.
Cinera@Buusatan94 SWORD is definitely not that faction though. Drake's intel was forwarded to Sakazuki.
CineraKuzan might still be loyal to a secret Marine faction, but it's not SWORD.
Buusatan94That depends if Drake reports all his infos to Sakazuki or if he even reports to him. The fact that Sakazuki had no info on the samurais and their strength despite Drake being in a perfect position to have told him about them before tells me that he isn't loyal to the Red Dog.
CineraEh, maybe Drake just focuses on the important information. Sending a message has some inherent risk involved, so he may only share crucial information (like the BMP and BP alliance).
Buusatan94Knowing about the true power of the samurais and Orochi's forces is an important information, knowing that the Beast Pirates have samurais allies and that the marines have refused to go anywhere near Wano due to the legends about the samurais' strength. It is because of this lack of info that Sakazuki refused to send Kizaru and other forces to Wano.
