Elder Lee Hung@ShishioIsBack i would agree with Mihawk having better CoA than the C3. CoO is still ambiguous, not sure who has the better CoO among them.
ShishioIsBackThing is Mihawk at least seem to have some kind of special CoO due to constant focus on his eyes and the fact that he was able to use his CoO to pin point objects at distance (something Usopp did post TS but I think Usopp would be CoO specialist as well).
But feat wise Mihawk also fought commander level individuals and wasn't tagged by them where as Aokiji was
Cinera@Admiral Lee Hung "Hawkeyes" speaks in his favour, I think. If you don't grant Mihawk better COO than the C3, then he may well be stronger.
A more serious Kuzan got (slightly) injured by Jozu when distracted.
CineraA heavily distracted Mihawk engaged Vista for a short while and Vista was unable to land any hits on him.
CineraJozu and Vista are on the same general level.
Elder Lee HungI typically don’t value sneak attacks at all in power level discussions, so Jozu sneaking Aokiji distracted by Whitebeard doesn’t indicate much to me.
I’ve said it before, the “Hawkeyes” thing doesn’t have to be power level related lol. It could just be a reference to his very distinct eyes (the same as Imu’s)
Cinera@Admiral Lee Hung considering that the alternative epithet for him was "Clarivoyant" instead of "Hawkeyes" (and both suggest enhanced perception), I'd guess not.
ShishioIsBackWell thing is Oda focused on them eyes every time Mihawk does something crazy CoO wise like pin point Luffy in crowd of 1000s, Oda is focusing on those eyes.
Sneak attacks are good indication to grasp CoO but not end all be all. I think Aokijis CoO was on when he was shape-shifting around WBs CoA attack and despite his CoO being on Jozu was able to tag him.
Elder Lee HungKatakuri, while using future sight, could not detect Flampe shooting at luffy. Getting snuck doesn’t necessarily Indicate bad CoO, else we might as well say Kuri has weak CoO, which we know is false as Rayleigh described FS users as “the mightiest” CoO users.
ShishioIsBackI mean that only shows Mihawks CoO > Katakuris.
He is also WSS and has traveled around the world fought strongest swordsmen in the world including a top tier in grand line shaking duel and has zero visible scars.
Either Mihawk has Godly durability (Kaido level) or Godly CoO??
Which one is it?
Elder Lee HungI don’t see why he needs either lol, you’d have to show the other swordmasters as great CoO users themselves, and so far, no swordsman aside from Mihawk (And Fuji) has even hinted at standout CoO?
Elder Lee HungI think Mihawk might have FS but I don’t think his FS is Kuri level. Kuri reads the future in casual conversation, no other OP character does that shit. Lol
ShishioIsBackWorth noting both Aokiji and Akainu have scars (probably Kizaru as well) though his body is fully covered so we don't know
ShishioIsBackBut Mihawks stature and title is far greater than Kuris, he has fought superior fighters (by far) then the one Kuri lost and hit his back first time to, had grand line shaking duels and still had no scars.
Kuri has been tagged on panel by new world Rookie while Mihawk has never been tagged despite being distracted against Veteran level pirates
ShishioIsBackIf Mihawks CoO is not above Kuris, why is he scarless?
Other sword masters don't have to be great CoO users though, just being great fighter is sufficient enough. Jozu is far from great CoO user but was able to tag an admiral, MF WB far from great CoO user was able to tag Akainu.
Rayleigh seem to have ridiculous island level CoO as well and he is a swordsman if we talking swordsmen with great CoO
ShishioIsBackLuffy far from great CoO was able to tag Kata
Elder Lee HungYou should define the word “tag” lol, the thing with Kuri is that FS is literally written into his character and personality. The same way swordsmanship is a part of who Mihawk is, The Dawg literally used FS all the time and even in casual situations. Plot should dictate Kuri has the stronger FS. Maybe I’ll make a thread. Lol
