I think that Luffy's second fight against Kaido will be similar to his 2nd fights against Crocodile and Katakuri, plus the alliance such as it is now is far from strong enough to really take on a Yonko and his crew and allies + another Yonko. Plus we haven't seen yet the true power of a Yonko.

And it would not be fitting imo if Kaido and Orochi aren't defeated before the eyes of the people they opressed and tyrannized like Arlong, Crocodile and Doflamingo. The people of Wano have to see them being defeated imo.
