Meaning He is No. 1 in any Sword-Related Skill, He cannot lose to any Technique, regardless of what They Unleash
A Swordsman must always be better or have a counter
If his Title was only Strongest, then We could say He is simply Stronger Overall, not Best in this & that
But Greatest means He Perfected every Sword Lesson
So Shanks cannot have any Stat better
