Here you go: the crux of your argument (bolded part) is pretty weak. I dont myself really disagree with it, but I am sure many wont find it convincing. Firstly, if you assume this for Miihawk, for consistencies sake, you have to assume the same for Shanks, Garp or Rayleigh and other non-devil fruit users in debates always.
