Almost caught up after dropping the manga for over a year and can say with lots of certainty that Elbaf is the best arc post-timeskip.So much lore drop, good art and many interesting new characters with the SH still having the proper amount of focus on them.
Not to be that type of guy again but its become so much harder to make out what's happening in the manga.The art and shading have become notably worse and have been on a steady decline these last 3-4 months.If Oda needs a break he's gotta take it cause the art is no longer keeping up with what's happening.
No one mentioned it in the main chapter thread, but I can't be the only one noticing the low quality art of the chapter.Ever since those Kuma chapters back in December Oda's art has been at an all time low.
So, the situation is that a ship got to egghead yesterday, left egghead, was attacked by marines - beat the marines - and is now returning to egghead? I feel like im misunderstanding something.

Just rewatched the Katakuri fight and realized how painfully better it was from the Kaido fight.Take away the Gear 5th hype and they're not remotely comparable.Luffy landing a hit on Katakuri after so long felt so insane at that time.
Aight pacing has been horrible these last 6-7 weeks, too many breaks and too little action when we get a chapter.

Luffy Zoro Sanji Jinbe Franky stay behind and fight all out while everyone else escapes.They whoop Saturn but eventually are bound to lose because of the numbers.Then the BB ship lands and helps them, then recruits them and BB becomes Pirate King.There it is.

After this chapter and knowing that the Gorosei asked Imu about extinguishing lights, I think it's very logical to conclude that Imu's fruit has something to do with shadows. -
