Beating King in 15 minutes almost certainly puts him Above all of them as the Strongest YC1. Especially when Fights between YC1s can go for Hours.

If Tashigi and Bellamy have been using Haki in post TS one piece, Jack has been as well. All his fights have been against people who use Haki and have been offscreened so he would use Haki in those fights. There's literally no reason to think otherwise.

Exactly, but the criticisms about Jack and Perospero are valid IMO. The F6 fights were done just like how Oda did Fights in previous arcs though. Expecting 4/5 Chapter long Fights for the F6 was wrong given how Oda does One Piece Fights.
