Furthermore their "nuke" feat was only a byproduct of their power at the epicenter of their clash while Garp here actively punched down into the city and the destruction still doesn't even come close.

He is not stronger than the Admirals. Akainu and Aokiji formed a lake during their battle while they are logias, their destructive capabilties literally nuked the island. This feat pales in comparison, don't let this fool you.
