I mean, if I think I've caught a slip, then I think I've caught a slip. Someone asking for the Day phase to end less than halfway through is pretty damn bad.
But wait, I thought you wanted to skip all this discussion and any other possible discussion over the 14 hours left in the phase and just eliminate me instead!
After all, in your mind discussion is bad, no?
It's not being diplomatic. I have been 10+ pages behind the whole game. At the moment, I'm 30 pages behind and just not even backreading. I've rarely if ever played with faster than 48/24 phases and I find 24/24 absurdly fast. It is what it is, but I just don't have solid reads on most people...
The ability says, paraphrasing:
No longer Kimblee's ally (passive) - The town don't trust your association with Kimblee. Therefore, this passive is anti-town. You don't know what this passive entails.
I don't know if I'm a miller. I have an unclear passive which is explicitly based on town not trusting me, with flavour related to having formerly been one of Kimblee's men.
Umm... stifling 12 hours of discussion isn't townie no matter how right you think you are.

Given that my non-protective ability may be a miller, I wouldn't be surprised if your results are unreliable.
Did you check them? I suppose that's a reason.

My impression was that it was thought that Rayan and I were effectively CC'ing each other.

Why do you want to stifle 12 hours of discussion?
Easy. Eliminate Rayan. If we want to believe that there wouldn't be 4 protectives in a 20 player game (which isn't completely insane given the number of kills floating around), then the self-protective is the worst claim.
Either I die, or my target dies. As long as I'm targeting someone who scum needs to kill, which includes all of my targets thus far, as far as claims go and as far as you've suggested you believe, I will die on my own and the elimination is a waste.
PFFFT.
Lol, no. And one way or another, even if you believe my claim less than the self-protection claim, mine self-resolves and the self-protection claim does not.
Vote Rayan
@Dragomir
I did answer that, but if you want a further answer, I had felt Yo Tan Wa has a bit of townie energy here and there. They seemed to be struggling to catch up, with which I can sympathize.
My role self-confirms, though.
Either someone tries to kill my target, or someone kills me directly.
One way or another, it's a dumb idea to eliminate a bodyguard claim over a self-protective.
