Strongest swordsman means strongest swordsman though. Shanks haki feats are great but they still don’t make him the strongest swordsman so he’s still weaker than Shanks. Zoro’s haki feats are better than Mihawk’s as well but he isn’t stronger than Mihawk either.

But even with Haki Shanks is still a swordsman so Shanks is still weaker than Mihawk who is the strongest swordsman. Shanks is confirmed a swordsman by Oda himself so please don’t say shanks isn’t one. Shanks is still top 5 strongest but is weaker than Mihawk plain & simple.

He’s about 75% away. If we look at it Xoro right now should be as strong as Luffy was before he turned G5. The G5 transformation alone turned Luffy into a top tier so I think with 2 more power ups Zoro should be on Mihawk level. 1 of the power ups will likely come during the Mihawk fight as well.
