Kuma was going to capture Luffy in Thriller Bark hence why I think he visits Foosha Village AFTER letting Luffy and the SHs go, and then decides to save them in Sabaody. Bonney's bounty may have been inflated due to her connection with Kuma.

The ending of 1100 might happen between the events of Thriller Bark and Sabaody.

So Kuma must have visited Foosha Village 2 years ago, because we know 2 years ago was around the time Kuma's operation was near completion :quest:
