Anyone else feel like the Shakky stuff was completely unnecessary? Like there is so much treasure at God Valley anyway (legendary DFs, treasure and riches, slaves, etc) What does fighting over Shakky add to anything? It was perfectly reasonable for them to fight over legendary treasure anyway...

The Shakky stuff is awful and wasn't even necessary since there were other prizes at God Valley that pirate crews would reasonably fight over (legendary DFs, treasure, slaves, etc) Literally serves no point other than making the writing cringier

The marines might retreat at some point after the CDs evacuate or something.
