Yeah I think it's fair to say Roger has better haki, but I just don't see it being miles better than Kaido's, just slightly better.

Well Rocks has his unique explosion creating swordsmanship coupled with his conqueror haki and Harald has insane brute force + conqueror haki. I see what you're saying, but it's unfair to say that all boxers fight the same just because all of them use fists and gloves.

We know via Gaban's words that you can still improve even when you unlock advanced versions of every haki, haki control is key.

Most people are more of a villain than Rocks, he's actually pretty chill.

Harald is like Garp or Oden, the only reason why anyone can possibly like them is because of their great fighting ability, they are horrible people.
