If you go to the list of all characters, and sort by "bounty"(懸賞金), you can actually see all of them in order, they don't tell you the exact number, only the range, but it's in order. We can see that: Marco is below Luffy, above Katakuri(between 1-1.5 billion); Izo is above Law, below...

Yeah I can see that too. It really depends on Marco's real bounty though, if it's not high, then all of WB Commanders would have pretty low bounty relatively.

I can kinda see the "億" character blurred out, and seemingly a very small gap(for a single digit) between that and the "bounty" kanji, so it's between 100 mil and 999 mil. If I had to guess though, not over 400 million, likely around 200 or 300 million.
