I've been planning to look out for Toy Story connections in Elbaf. The Lego house has me thinking maybe the East Blue gang has been kidnapped to be used as toys for a giant child.

Shanks isn't letting Barto go, he just destroyed his ship. Only way for Shanks to both save face and let Barto live is to force him to join his fleet/crew. Maybe he imprisons him like Kidd, but Shanks doesn't have an Udon to do that. Either way, it's set up to scrap with Luffy.
