Luffy without his Nika form is still pretty consistent. But the moment he switches to Nika mode, everything goes downhill. Oda’s weird fetish for Looney Tunes has completely ruined the fights, no tension, no sense of difficulty, no drama. Just pure cartoon nonsense
Knowing Oda, wouldn’t be surprised if Zoro and Sanji are used as hypetools since Nika’s falling behind. Especially since Gaban said Zoro still hasn’t mastered his CoC. Wouldn't be a shocker if Zoro’s out until Nika shows up, just like in Thriller Bark. Only then things could be different.
It doesn’t really make sense that Zoro didn't knew he had Conqueror’s Haki. Even Luffy’s reaction felt off. Like, do they barely talk to each other and only interact in the panels we see? Do they just not exist outside of that? And what about his training with Mihawk? Did Mihawk not say anything...
Unless the One Piece grants some kind of power or is a gateway to unlimited power, it's really, really hard to see Blackbeard being a bigger threat than Imu and the whole human megastructure backing him (World Government, Marines, Holy Knights, etc) As of now, Blackbeard doesn’t really seem like...
He says it quite clearly: the RHP are out of the agreement.
Besides, he already knows them. Oda even gave us the pleasure of Mihawk casually strolling by in Chapter 96.
I thought you knew more about him, since you’ve been going on and on about him and his life.
Clearly, though, you have no idea that most of his posts are about talking about the peculiarities of Japanese
So, if that's the case... why are you just making up panels? And then following your logic, Vista = Shanks, because Shanks rivals Mihawk. You said it, not me. Don’t get mad
At least he explains those Japanese peculiarities that even the translators can't seem to interpret. If you really think you could do it better... well, like I said, you could definitely make a career out of it
Oh, absolutely. Your Japanese is clearly beyond native level, and you obviously understand more than actual Japanese readers... and even Oda's. You could make a living as a translator at Viz Media. We'd definitely get better translations.
