The difference is: Zoro literally has to carry Luffy on his shoulder. I don't want to jump on the 'Zoro vs. Sanji bandwagon' but to compare these situations is plain stupid.

To be fair if Jinbe keeps the fight against WsW or gets a fight against Jack chances are high Sanji gets to fight an AllStar. I don't think Oda would put hin him behind Jinbe, Franky (and Yamato)
