We have been teased with giant swords in multiple arcs. It will be Mega Giant G5 Luffy that will use that sword to slay Loki and cause Ragnarok in Elbaph by declaring himself tge "War God".

Pretty much confirmed luffy's Coo is greater than others.

Its always luffy who is showing island level range of Color of observation haki. Giant G5 vs Loki would be a great fight. Their fight could probably destroy the elbaf as an aftermath, but like other giant Loki could get one shotted just like hajruddin.
