There's no order in which Zoro has to do an attack and Kaido is not doing named attacks while Luffy is using gears.

One more time he can only use these type of attacks as last attack But currently kaidou and luffy are continously using attacks with power of thunder bagua like normal attacks

Yeah whatever, the point is, that trail from Zoro's Flying Samurai Dragon whatever is longer than Kaidou's thunder bagua that hit Law/Zoro. I don't care which one is stronger, just from the visual sight.
