I think it's a full refill ? like if he had refilled earlier maybe people would have gotten one shot while if he had refilled later they would've had a full shots refill ? like all 2/3/whatever shots in case they had multiple shots ofc

nope his overall contribution is very low actually non existint considering his post count, and i feel he tried to " compensate " it by doing very very scummy plays ( like starting the wagon on baudib & voting charlie to win the duel ) to fit in the " too scummy to be scum " range
