How does that change the fact Oden thought he wouldn't win and became their bitch? We're talking about his mindset, not his might. Could you imagine Luffy doing something like this?
Yeah, the old, ugly whale that served as one of the Yonko sure looked badass as hell. The fatty with a missing tooth and long-ass nose that's literally the MC's nemesis looks great too. :suresure:
If it's a hard rule, I guess Gladius >>> Pica and Trebol. And Vergo is probably a million times...
Oden decided to fight when he understood he was screwed either way. Fighting was the only thing he had left, at that point. Initially, he chose not to fight because Orochi tricked him into believing he wouldn't stand a chance.
Sanji had no idea BM was planning to kill him and his family...
Oden yielded because he felt like he couldn't win if he fought back. He didn't do it to open Wano borders, he did it to protect Wano people. He didn't have his dream in mind when he took that deal.
Did Zoro feel like he was accomplishing his goal when he decided that the rest of the SHs living...
That's pretty much what Oden did when he danced naked in the streets for 5 years. It's not yielding as much as it is putting other people's lives above their own.
No worries, I could see after my reply that other Sanji fans brought up similar points and I get it can be wearing to debate with many people at once.
Sanji never gave up on his dream, I don't see it that way. He simply sacrificed his life, big difference. The fact he didn't sacrifice himself...
That was Sanji projecting and trying to talk himself into abandoning his own dream for the sake of Zeff, hence Zeff alluded to Sanji having the same resolve after Zoro vs Mihawk.
He didn't abandon his dream, he sacrificed his life to protect Zeff and his crew, the kind of thing we see CoC users...
I'm pretty sure it's just rage-bait tbh. I don't think anyone would seriously use the fact he ran away from okamas for 2 years as an argument against him getting CoC.
Lmao what? I was talking about Yonji having his RS on, not Sanji. This was way before Sanji received his own RS. :kaidowhat...
Plot convenience? I'm not sure how the buffs you're talking about help the plot.
Lol at him being the weakest sibling. He literally low diffed one of them off-screen when he had his RS on.
Sanji getting CoC isn't a matter of if, it's a matter of when. :willight:
@Warchief Sanji D Goat Please stop liking all my posts, my alert box was a mess earlier. :josad:
The only thing I don't see him getting is ACoA, just like I don't see Zoro getting ACoO. That's the thing that will separate Luffy from them imo, he's one of the few people who can use both ACoO and ACoA and it's an extremely rare and nearly impossible feat because most people's brain is wired...
Not to mention Sanji had only one PU post-TS and it was haki-related, him not getting a lot of haki development doesn't mean much. Zoro pre-Wano didn't get anything that was haki-related, Luffy got a ton of haki development because he's the MC.
A unique ability and haki development aren't...
You claimed durability doesn't make you immovable unless you add insane weight on top of durability, I simply provided an example that proves it did happen before, in one scene that happened to be about showcasing the efficiency of the exoskeleton. So that statement is factually inaccurate...
Maybe they can't, but there's always the possibility his exoskeleton is stronger than theirs. He trained his body for years and made it insanely powerful before he got the exoskeleton, whereas his siblings relied on the exo from day one. Maybe building strength and tolerance to pain pre-exo...
You talked about using a barrier with his hands in his pockets, which is why I was confused about the barrier thing.
Yeah, I know he doesn't have to know about it to use it, I'm just saying him stating he used it doesn't mean he used it because he's not aware of PoL anyway. I think his eyebrows...
