it's not a matter of powerscaling any more, but rather a mater of execution and pay off. the hints, parallels and the build up are there, and zoro is officially powerful enough to one shot dragons. the rest is in oda's hands, but i have no faith in that clown's writing ability.

no one can, current luffy is way too strong for that to happen, not even by a combined attack of 2 or more top tiers. seeing how big mom and kaido couldn't one shot rooftop zoro.
