True. Unless Loki doesn’t get a bounty increase after this arc but much later. I’m not even convinced Luffy will get a raise anytime soon. Maybe post-Elbaf Loki will get around 3.6b and will have 5.2b in the end.

I still think the highest bounty ever will be 5.6 billion by Luffy. Roger’s bounty pretty much gave away Oda’s intentions.

The thing is that I feel like they would know of Loki's existance if Shanks was given Yonko status through his defeat. They just weren't aware he was connected to the Dragon and Imu is only putting two and two together right now. On the flip side I'm not sure why he'd be given a special bounty...
