If shusui is really wano's national treasure, it is probably safer in zoro's hands than be placed somwhere in the cemetery that others can easily access and steal from. :zosleepy:
1) Hiyori was not aware of zoro's backstory with ryuma, and his gift to zoro. If she knew the backstory and witnessed the fight, i doubt she will object to zoro's ownership to it.
2) If ZKK were to occur, it would make sense for wano to gift zoro with its national treasure, a different sword...
1) From a power-scaling standpoint, I agree with you getting nidai is better because it can be turned into a supreme grade.
2) From a narrative standpoint, shusui is much more valuable of its rich history with wano and ryuma, as well as zoro having spent 2 years+ training and fighting with it...
Most people would agree that zoro would ultimately replace sandai with another sword.
So far, the prime candidate is nidai, simply because of the brief interaction zoro has with the sword and that it is a direct upgrade from sandai.
However, let's assume if ZKK were to occur, I believe it will...
Sanji in his own arc:
1) baked a cake for BM
2) sparred evenly with oven and daifuku
Zoro in his own arc:
1) defeated killer even in a 2 v 1 scenario
2) scarred kaido
3) tanked hakai
4) defeated king
5) learned adv CoC
6) became the king of hell
ZKK seems like a real possibility as zoro's 7th...

2) scarring kaido
3) defeating king
4) still looking for more with his new adv CoC ashura
